The hotel offers huge and gorgeous rooms in genuine Córdoba style, but lacks a door between the bedroom and the rest of the suite. The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond without being overly formal. The dining experience, although showing a great personal touch, could benefit from more staff. Overall, the hotel provides a unique mix of beauty and service but falls short in room layout and dining staffing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms, despite being a little small, had all the amenities I could wish for in a 5-star establishment. The service was impeccable, with everyone being so helpful and pleasant. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to major attractions. The dining experience was truly delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a great value for money experience.

The hotel had a convenient location with a stunning courtyard garden. The rooms were on the small side despite a decent size, and the patio turning into a restaurant in the evenings could be a downside. The service provided was excellent without being overly stuffy. The dining experience, although poor for its price, offered Tuscan bread. The fantastic layout and furniture of the location made up for being a bit farther than expected from city attractions.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not quite up to our expectations, being loud with street and corridor noise, but they did offer luxurious pillows and a comfortable bed. The service, though, was a standout feature with helpful and friendly staff like Carlos and Jessica at the front desk. The location was excellent for sightseeing and the character of the hotel was charming, but there were some misses like the lack of vegetarian food options on arrival. Dining had its ups and downs with a rather expensive experience compared to similar hotels, but the breakfast selection was among the best I have seen. Overall, the stay was unique thanks to the high-quality services provided by the staff.

The rooms were not what we expected and very loud with street and corridor noise, but they did have wonderful facilities like a sofa, large bathroom, and comfortable bed. The luxurious pillows were a nice touch.
Service
9.0
The service delivered was excellent, with high quality services that made the stay unique, despite some minor issues like leaving a large bag of rubbish from another room.
Location
8.0
The location was brilliant, perfect for sightseeing in Cordoba's Casco Antiguo. The hotel always had cold drinks available, which was a lifesaver during the 42-degree heatwave.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had its highlights and drawbacks. The food could be improved both in quality and quantity for the price paid, but the attention to detail in the buffet-style service was commendable.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were good overall, but there were some suggestions for improvement in security, access control, and redesigning the reception area to enhance the guest experience.

7.4/10

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were quite nice, though a bit dark, and the courtyard didn't feel as inviting. The temperature in the room was a bit warmer than desired. The service was exceptional, with the staff being warm, efficient, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The location was great, only a short stroll away from key attractions, but navigating the small road to the hotel was a bit tricky. The dining experience was a bit pricey, so I opted to eat out most days. Despite minor drawbacks, my stay was enjoyable and memorable.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms, with an anteroom, lovely bathroom, and huge bedroom, looked much nicer than the courtyard where I stayed. However, they were a bit dark and not very inviting to spend time chilling. The temperature was hotter than ideal.
Service
9.0
The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff was warm, friendly, and efficient, taking care of everything from parking the car to offering refreshments. They made my stay hassle-free and enjoyable.
Location
8.0
The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from key attractions like the mesquita and the alcazar. While it was away from heavily touristed areas, the entrance was a bit challenging to find. The nearby sights were easily accessible, making it a convenient choice.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a bit on the expensive side, so I opted to dine out most days. The food was delicious, but the prices were a bit steep for my liking.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offered a range of facilities to enhance my stay, though I didn't have the chance to fully explore them. The amenities seemed adequate and well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom, but they were not ready until after 4 pm. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, although they seemed a bit under pressure on a busy night. The location, in a 17th-century palace with Roman ruins in the basement, was excellent, offering a charming ambiance and easy access to nearby attractions. While the dining experience was the best I've had in a European hotel, it was rather expensive compared to similar options.

Rooms

The room was beautiful, clean, and offered a good amount of space. I particularly enjoyed the small patio, comfortable beds, and well-equipped bathroom.

Staying in a 17th-century palace with Roman ruins in the basement was a unique experience. The property was charming, and the nearby attractions were easily accessible. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were also very helpful and polite.
Dining

The dining experience was top-notch, the best choice I've ever had in a European hotel. However, it was a bit on the expensive side compared to similar hotels.
Facilities

The hotel facilities were spotlessly clean, and the building itself was beautiful to enjoy during my stay.
